This beautifully renovated apartment has been thoughtfully designed and professionally styled to reflect a relaxed coastal lifestyle, just moments from Bronte Beach. Step outside and enjoy direct access via a private gated pathway leading straight down to Bronte Beach. Perfect for morning swims, coastal walks, and café visits. The light-filled living and dining area offers a comfortable space to unwind, with a calm, beach-inspired aesthetic throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, electric cooktop, oven and Smeg coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy a slow morning coffee before heading out. The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and wardrobe, while the second bedroom includes a double bed. Please note this second bedroom is smaller in size and accessed via the main bedroom, with no separate entrance. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, however the layout is best suited to 2 adults, or 2 adults with children, making it ideal for families, couples or close friends. Booking requests of more than 2 adults will not be accepted.

Strict No Party Policy The apartment is located in a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise and neighbours during their stay. Parking Parking in the area is limited, particularly on weekends and during peak periods. Check-In, Check-Out & Luggage We aim to provide a smooth and comfortable experience for all guests, and appreciate your understanding of the following: * Standard check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. * Early check-in from 12pm or late check-out until 12pm may be available depending on existing bookings and our cleaning schedule, and must be arranged in advance. Please note: * We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. * Check-in earlier than 12pm or late check-out beyond 12pm will incur a $200 fee and must be arranged prior to your arrival, as it impacts availability of the calendar.
